Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Artverra order! If there’s an issue with your item, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Since our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind). However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@artverra.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are custom printed, the following cannot be returned:

  • Wrong size or style selected by the customer
  • Products received after 30 days of delivery
  • Items not in original condition (unless damaged in transit)
  • Gift cards and downloadable products

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or replacements. Sale items are final sale.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we assess and approve your request, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—processing may take time.
  3. If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@artverra.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or misprinted. Email info@artverra.com to initiate an exchange.

Shipping Returns

Please do not send products back to the manufacturer or any return address unless instructed. Our support team will guide you if a physical return is required.
