Returns & Exchanges

At Artverra, every product is made to order especially for you. Because of this:

  • We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items.

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Sale items are non-refundable, except in the case of defect.

To start a return or replacement request, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item issue.

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days after processing for the funds to appear in your account.
